To show how Airbnb is a more authentic way to travel, they launched Experiences & Services, two new pillars to their offerings.

To introduce Experiences & Services to a broader audience, Airbnb launched a paid social campaign across Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. The creative approach blended fast-cut photography and film with playful, offbeat graphics—capturing the real side of anywhere.

I contributed to the design and refinement of typography and graphic treatments across the initial set of edits—Global, Europe, and Food for Experiences, along with the core Services edit—helping to establish a consistent visual language across the campaign.

I also helped streamline and adapt the visual design system across a suite of city-specific versions, including Milan, Florence, Venice, São Paulo, Los Angeles, Lisbon, London, Rome, Paris, Seoul, Tokyo, and CDMX.

Deliverables were produced in 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9 formats for cross-platform versatility.

The launch of Experiences & Services also included an OOH introduction board featuring the new product experience with the line—Now you can Airbnb more than an Airbnb.

Following the introduction board, there will be a campaign series that playfully features locally-hosted activities offering guests an authentic way to connect with the place they’re in.
